By using Musento you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Your account
You need an account to use Musento. You are responsible for the activity on it, and for keeping access to the email address or Apple ID you signed in with. One account per person. You must be at least 13 years old.
Acceptable use
Handles, display names, bios and avatars are public. Do not choose ones that are unlawful, hateful, harassing, obscene, or that impersonate someone else. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access other members' private data, or automate the creation of accounts or entries. Accounts that break these rules may be suspended or removed.
Your content
Your visits, notes, and profile remain yours. You grant Musento only the permission needed to store and display them in the app as described in the Privacy Policy — for example, showing your visits to friends whose requests you have accepted. Deleting your account removes this content.
Museum information
Musento's catalogue is derived from Wikidata and is provided as-is. Entries may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate. Always confirm opening times, admission and access with the institution itself before travelling. Musento is not affiliated with, and does not represent, any museum listed.
Achievements and leaderboards
Achievements, points and leaderboard standings have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged, and may be recalculated or adjusted — for instance to correct an error or to address manipulation.
Availability
Musento is provided as-is, without warranty. The service may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. To the extent permitted by law, liability for any loss arising from use of the app is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes
These terms may be updated; the date above will change and the new version will be published here. Continuing to use Musento after an update means you accept it.
